About The Game

Drive Me Bananas

Drive Me Bananas is one of my collaborate game projects when I was taking an internship in Press Start Studio in 2013. I am responsible for in-game animations and cinematics. I worked in a team with amazing illustrators, storyboard artists, technical artists, 3D modelers, producers and so on. It is a wonderful endless driver game, where monkeys drive a very special taxi through a crazy city.
Help the monkeys go from midtown, down the subway and by the beach part of the city and morph the taxi to go through the traffic and Fly over the roads, dare your friends to compete to get the higher score in one race, beat all your friends in the global ranking, use the special taxi gadgets to avoid crashing.

2.5D Mario

2.5D Mario is the first 2.5 dimensional game created by myself when I was taking C# scripting class in school. Game objects are made by simple cubes with textures. The scene has up to nine platforms. Use left and right cursor key to move the hero left and right. Press the up arrow key to jump up. The hero jumps or falls on an enemy, then destroy the enemy and instantiate an explosion. Enemy explosion fades out and stretches out. If an enemy runs into the hero, then deactivates the hero. When the hero jumps on an enemy, the hero bounces up. The camera uses a tracking shot to follow the hero. There are at least two stacks of crates. Each stack has at least three crates. The hero can reach all the crates and knock them over.

Hero

Press the left and right cursor keys to run left and right, press the up arrow key to jump up. If the hero jumps or falls on an enemy, then destroy the enemy. When the hero jumps on an enemy, the hero bounces up.

Enemy

Run across the level. If an enemy runs into the hero, then deactivate the hero.

Explosion

When the hero runs into the enemy, the hero explodes. When something destroys an enemy, the enemy explodes. The explosion fades out and stretches out.

3D Mario

3D Mario is the first 3D game created by myself when I was taking C# scripting class in school. Game objects are made by simple cubes with textures. The camera uses a tracking shot to follow the hero.

Hero

Press WASD keys to move. Press the Q and E keys to turn left and right. Move the mouse left and right to turn left and right. Move the mouse up and down to tilt the camera up and down. Press the space bar to jump.

Enemy

Each enemy runs across the level. If the hero jumps or falls on an enemy, then destroy the enemy. If an enemy runs into the hero, then deactivate the hero.

Boss

When the hero comes, the boss runs towards the hero. Every time the hero jumps on the boss, damage the boss. Every time the hero jumps on the boss, damage the boss. If the boss runs into the hero, just deactivate the hero. If the boss loses all its hit points, destroy the boss.

Mario Hunter

Mario Hunter is a 3D game created by myself when I was taking C# scripting class in school. I worked in a small team with two other students. Each of us created a level for the game. The game has three different levels. It has a special feature. It allows player to possess the enemy. We worked on our project by using Perforce.

Hero

Press WSAD to move. Use the mouse to turn and to look up and down. Press the mouse button to attack. Hero can run into enemies to process them.

Enemy

Each enemy has its own movement. There are six different movements, such as wait movement, random movement, scared movement, angry movement, path movement and attack movement.

Unique Enemy

Once you get the raycast weapon power up. When the unique enemy comes towards you, you can use raycast to teleport an enemy a little bit away from you.

UFO Boss

UFO randomly flies across the ground for a little bit. It flies straight up into the air. It flies above you. It turns on energy beam a little bit. Then it shoots energy beam. Then the UFO lands. It loops the motions.

Vehicle

Vehicles have a health component. When a vehicle runs out of fuel, it can't move anymore. The level has a car and a tank. The car can only turn when it's moving. The tank has to stop to turn.

Unique Vehicle

This level has a boat. The boat has to rock back and forth. And you have to cross a river with the boat.

Hall of Death

Hall of Death is a first-person shooting game. The scene is in a long hall with telekinesis and blinking platforms. Also it has a couple of traps in the scene such as Spike traps, block traps, swinging axes, door traps and laser traps. There are a couple of enemies patrolling in the hall. You have to avoid the traps and enemies to reach final destination. Also you have to fight with the boss at the end.

Hero

Press WASD to move. Press Q and E to turn left and right. Press space bar to jump. Press the mouse button to shoot the gun.

Enemy

When you walks close to the enemies, they can shoot at you. There are enemies patrolling in the hall. They keep going around in a square until the player gets close. When the player gets close, the enemy runs at the player.

Boss

The boss waits inside the boss room. It waits a short amount of time. Then it will get agitated and turn red for a short amount of time. After a while, it will shoot the laser. If the laser hits the hero, then hurt the hero.

Traps

It has a couple of traps in the scene such as Spike traps, block traps, swinging axes, door traps and laser traps. The spikes are hidden for a short amount if time, then they come out. The spikes stay for a short amount of time and they hide again. The spikes keep coming out and hiding over and over again. If the spikes hit the hero, then hurt the hero.

Telekinesis

There are a couple of telekinesis at the beginning of the hall. They are boxes blocking your way. You have to move the telekinesis to walk through the hall. Press the up, down, left and right cursor key to move the box.

Blinking Platforms & Elevator

The blinking platform appears for a short amount of time and you can run across it. Then the platform disappears for a short amount of time and it's not there, you can't run across it. Blinking platforms keep appearing and disappearing over and over.

Warlock boss game

Walklock boss is a first-person shooting game. Warlock is a powerful boss that you have to fight with. The scene is in one big room. The Warlock Boss appears randomly inside the room. Then it will summon enemies randomly around the boss. Then the boss disappears. Wait a few seconds, it will appear again.

Hero

Press WASD to move. Move the mouse left and right to turn left and right. Move the mouse up to look up. Move the mouse down to look down. Press space bar to shoot a laser. Hold the space bar to keep shooting lasers.

Warlock Boss

When the Warlock Boss summons skeletons, raise its arm by rotating them. Wait a second. Summon the skeletons. Then wait a second, lower its arm by rotating them.

Skeletons

Skeletons come up out of the ground. Skeletons cannot be hurt while they're coming out of the ground. Skeletons chase the player. When a skeleton dies, sink back into the ground.

Sky Battle

Sky Battle is a 2D mobile game I created by myself when I was taking unity C# class in school. Four waves of enemies come from multiple directions and fly across the screen. You can use laser or laser bomb to kill them. Enjoy the game and have fun!

Use WASD to move your hero around

Laser

Press the cursor keys to shoot laser in any direction

Laser Bomb

Press the space bar to shoot your laser bomb in the direction your character is facing

Dungeon Hero

Dungeon Hero is a 2D mobile game I created by myself when I was taking unity C# class in school. There are six rooms inside the dungeon. Each room has multiple enemies and obstacles. You have to fight with the dragon boss at the end. Enjoy the game and have fun!

Hero

Use WASD to move your hero around

Magic Missile

Press the space bar to shoot your magic missile in the direction your character is facing

Magic Bomb

You have to find the magic bomb somewhere in the dungeon before you can actually use it. Then press the cursor keys to shoot in different directions

Potion

If you get a potion (by colliding with it), heal your hero by increasing the hit points

Heart Container

If you get the heart container, it increases your maximum hit points

Boss

You have to beat the boss to pass through the game
